How To Use The Mouthguard.
1. Immerse The Mouthguard In Boiling Water (Above 90°C) For 30 Seconds To Soften.
2. Then Put It Into Your Mouth, Gently Bite It With Your Teeth And Put Your Teeth Marks On The Mouthguard, Take It Out For 10 Seconds And Put It Into Cold Water To Set The Shape.
3. The Mouthguard Only Needs To Be Moulded For The First Time, After Moulding, It Will Be Fixed, No Need To Repeat The Moulding.
4. If It Does Not Fit, It Can Be Moulded For The Second Time According To The Above Method, And The Moulding Should Not Be Done More Than 3 Times.
